Conan the Barbarian had a partner in Red Sonya. She was a fearless female fighter in the barbarian style. I drew this during the past week in session with my students. Thought I'd use red pencil to accentuate Sonya's redness. I don't know why I drew her in this way but it is what it is and that's what it is. In any case it's always fun to create and draw and I value the time when I have a chance to do it. This is a work in progress and I may finish it up with black line.
